Our Story
Where family and Norwegian Forest Cats became one
My name is Linnet, and when I met Javier in Madrid, I fell in love not only with him but also with the cats who shared his home — a perfect match for me, as I had grown up surrounded by pets myself.
Our fascination with the beauty and character of the Norwegian Forest Cat led us to take the next step: in 2006 we registered as breeders with FIFe (Fédération Internationale Féline). Since then, we have followed their international standards for breeding and showing, and we also run regular health tests to make sure our cats are always in good shape.
When our son was born in 2015, life with our cats became even more special. Watching him grow up alongside them has been wonderful — learning patience, sharing, and respect, and at the same time helping our kittens become well-socialized, gentle companions.
Some years later, we moved to the colourful village of Lisse in the Netherlands, and of course our cats came with us — they are part of our family, and it was only natural to begin this new chapter of Noldor here together.
